The quieter side of Park City Mountain, with every run still within reach.
Canyons Village sits at the western base of Park City Mountain, the largest lift-served ski area in the country. It pairs a relaxed, resort-village feel with direct access to the mountain’s full terrain. Nestique’s Canyons homes range from one-bedroom suites to a four-bedroom retreat.
Stay in Canyons Village
Most of our Canyons residences are at Westgate, at the base of the resort, so mornings start with boots on and a short walk to the lifts. Evenings bring the village’s restaurants, pools and hot tubs, and a quieter pace than downtown.

Snowy Peaks Villa at Westgate
Two bedrooms, up to eight guests. Ski-in/ski-out.
A top-floor villa with cathedral ceilings, a rustic fireplace, a jetted tub and a private balcony. One of six Nestique residences at Westgate, from cozy suites to family-sized villas.

Red Pine Retreat
Four bedrooms, up to thirteen guests.
A newly renovated four-bedroom home with floor-to-ceiling windows, an open kitchen, dining and living space and a gas fireplace for warming up after a day on the slopes.
One mountain, two villages
Canyons Village is one of Park City Mountain’s two bases. The Quicksilver Gondola links the Canyons side with the Park City side, so a single day can cover more than 7,000 acres of terrain.
Village life
Between runs and after the lifts close, the village offers slopeside dining, shops and summer concerts. In the warmer months, the trails and lifts open for hiking and mountain biking.
Cared for by Nestique
Every Nestique home is carefully selected, thoughtfully styled and cared for by our local team. Our concierge can arrange ski rentals delivered to your door, a private chef, grocery stocking before you arrive and transportation from Salt Lake City, so your home is ready the moment you walk in.
