Founder & CEO

A Park City local with a passion for hospitality, Lauren brings a deep-rooted connection to the Park City community with an innate understanding of its unique charm and allure. With a strong background in real-estate, hospitality, interior design, and a genuine love for providing exceptional guest experiences, Lauren has channeled that passion into creating a boutique property management firm that embodies the true essence of Park City. In her freetime, Lauren relishes in being on her skis, hiking the gorgeous Park City trails with her teacup Pomeranian, and enjoying the Main Street vibes and buzz.

Brian Swinney

Brian joins Nestique after 15 years in the vacation rental and hospitality industry, most recently as the director of sales and revenue with Park City’s largest vacation rental company. Currently he operates Park Pointe Financial Services, overseeing all of Nestique’s accounting and financials, ensuring profit optimization for both the company and all homeowners, as well as heading up Nestique’s owner relations. A Parkite since 2004, you can find Brian either at the gym, on the golf course, or coaching his teenage daughter’s softball team.

Steele DeWald

As a lifelong resident of Park City, Steele has witnessed the town’s growth and transformation over the years, making him a trusted advisor bringing a wealth of knowledge and understanding of Park City’s unique charm and intricacies of its real estate landscape.
