  • How do I book a Nestique property?

    You can make a reservation directly through our website. Simply select your preferred property and travel dates, and complete the secure checkout process. Our team personally reviews every reservation to ensure a seamless arrival.

  • What is the minimum stay requirement?

    Most Nestique properties require a two- to three-night minimum stay, though this may vary by season or property. During holidays or peak seasons, longer minimum stay requirements may apply.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    High-season dates in Park City often book months in advance. To secure your preferred home, we recommend booking as early as possible, especially for ski season and peak holidays and events.

  • Can I modify or cancel my resrvation?

    Nestique reservations are non-refundable unless a cancellation policy is purchased at the time of booking. If a cancellation policy is in place, guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to check-in with no penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable. We strongly encourage guests to add the cancellation policy at booking to allow flexibility and peace of mind should plans change.

  • Are pets allowed at Nestique properties?

    Select homes are dog-friendly and clearly noted with a paw print on the cover page of pet-friendly properties. An additional pet fee and signed pet addendum are required.

  • Do you offer early check-ins or late check-outs?

    We’ll gladly accommodate early arrivals and late departures when scheduling allows. These requests are based on housekeeping availability and will incur an additional fee.

  • When will I receive my check-in instructions and access codes?

    Detailed arrival information, including directions, parking instructions, and access codes, is sent immediately after signing your vacation rental agreement. You’ll also receive a digital guidebook sent via SMS for effortless navigation.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless an early check-in or checkout has been pre-approved by a Nestique team member.

  • Do I need to meet someone in person to check in?

    Most Nestique homes offer self-check-in via smart lock, keypad, or lockbox. Some properties may require you to obtain keycards from the front desk or resort lobby. You’ll receive everything you need in advance for a smooth arrival.

  • What if I arrive late at night?

    No problem. Our homes are fully equipped for late arrivals, and our 24/7 Guest Services Team is always available to assist you.

  • Can I ship packages to the home before my arrival?

    For safety and security, and to ensure the privacy of all guests, packages may not be shipped directly to any Nestique property. If you need to receive items during your stay, deliveries may be sent to the Nestique office on Main Street with prior notice. Contact the Guest Services Team for additional information.

  • Is daily housekeeping or mid-stay cleaning available?

    For guests who prefer daily service or a mid-stay refresh, additional cleanings may be arranged for an added fee. Our Guest Services Team will be delighted to assist.

  • Who do I contact if I need assistance during my stay?

    You may text, call, or email our Guest Services Team 24/7. We’re local and ready to help with anything you need, from maintenance requests to last-minute dinner reservations.

  • Are concierge services available?

    Nestique’s in-house concierge team is pleased to arrange every detail of your stay, from private drivers and in-home chefs to spa treatments, grocery delivery, and specialty rentals, ensuring your stay feels effortless from arrival to departure.

  • What happens if something breaks or gets damaged during my stay?

    Accidents happen. Please notify us immediately so we can address it promptly. Minor wear and tear is expected; significant damage may be charged to the card on file or deducted from the deposit.

  • Where are Nestique properties located?

    Our portfolio spans Park City, Deer Valley, and Northern Utah mountain communities, with each home carefully selected for its design, location, and unique story.

  • Do you provide local recommendations or a digital guidebook?

    All guests included in the reservation will receive a personalized digital guidebook with curated recommendations for dining, shopping, outdoor adventures, and local favorites from the Nestique team.
